People eat healthy foods because they are important to us bodies.

Good food is an important part of my daily life and I believe in eating natural foods as part of a balanced diet.

FRUITS and VEGETABLES are the foundation of a healthy diet. They are low in colores and nutrient dense, which means they are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber.

This is a fun snack that kids can make, It consist of a atfully arranged cellery, peanut butter and raisins.










APPLE BANANA SMOOTHIE:

Think and healthy fruit drink with apple, banana and orange juice. The frozen banana takes the place of shaved ice and results in a smooth, creamy textures. Serve with dollop of whipped cream for added effect.
